I have taken great care to make sure my site expresses my interests and personality. Reading it carefully should allow you to determine whether our interests align.

Be clear and honest about your interests BEFORE you contact me.
The more up-front you are about your desires, the better I can assess our compatibility. If I decide that we are indeed a good fit, I will require ample time to organize and prepare your session. Last-minute requests run the risk of not being included.

Contact me only when you are ready to schedule an appointment…
…and remember that we are not in role until we’re in session. Outside of scene, I prefer straight-forward, no-nonsense communication, and to save my spell-casting for when we are actually playing. I am happy to answer questions relating to an appointment, but bear in mind, I am not available for chitchat or off-topic exchanges. If you require extensive consultation or wish to explore a verbal fantasy, consider a phone or webcam session.

Plan ahead.
I require at least two days’ advance notice for booking an appointment. The more lead-time you provide, the more flexibility I’ll have with scheduling.

Be courteous.
Nervousness and lack of experience are acceptable. Bad manners are not.​​

LOCATIONS

LOS ANGELES - CORNER TIME
I am the proud co-owner and co-creator of Corner Time, a playspace devoted to the practice of traditional domestic discipline and ABDL play (with high-end BDSM equipment discreetly tucked away). Located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, Corner Time is fully equipped with classic punishment implements such as hairbrushes, spoons, canes, straps, and a spanking horse. The space has two play areas: a beautifully appointed living room/bedroom and a separate nursery, fully equipped with a 7 foot ABDL crib, highchair, changing table, and bathtub. SAN FRANCISCO - LA MAISON
San Francisco is my home base and I conduct my sessions at the city's premiere play space, La Maison. Located in an elegant, upscale, and very private Victorian just two miles from downtown near the historic Castro District, the space has five play rooms. Each room is devoted to domestic, dungeon, or nursery play, and is luxuriously appointed with the very best high-quality equipment.

APPOINTMENTS

One-on-one in-person appointments are typically between one and eight hours, depending on the type of play. For example, one hour may be appropriate for scenes that focus on corporal punishment only, while heavy bondage and ABDL play require a minimum of two to three hours. 

Extended Sessions - For those looking for a deeper immersive experience, I offer overnight, 24 hour, and multiple day scenes.

Additional Players - With advance notice, we can arrange to include another Domme, submissive, or playmates. I particularly enjoy playing with these colleagues.

Couples - Whether you would like to do some hands-on learning, co-top your partner, or both submit to me, I have the expertise to provide a positive experience for you and your partner.

Outcalls - I am happy to meet off-site with individuals I have played with before. Compensation may be required for travel time, depending on location.

Travel - If you would like me to travel to your specific area, a visit may be arranged. In addition to tribute (five hour minimum), you will be required to cover all my expenses, including a business class flight, a four-star hotel, taxis or car rental, and meals. I do make regular trips to Los Angeles and Las Vegas and post those dates accordingly.

Webcam and Phone Appointments - Remote play and consultations are a great way for us to connect when meeting in person is not an option. A remote play session works well for exploring verbal fantasies, role-playing, and directed physical play, while consultations are generally in-depth discussions that focus on your kink. Such conversations might include planning for an in-person visit, strategies to improve your play, or any challenges you may be experiencing.

PROTOCOL

  • Hygiene: I insist on perfect cleanliness in my facility and I demand the same courtesy from you. I expect you to have a well-scrubbed body (particularly in those hard-to-reach areas), fresh-smelling breath, and clean clothes. I have an extremely sensitive sense of smell, so refrain from using any fragrances or cologne. It is perfectly acceptable for you to use part of your scheduled time to freshen up before and/or after our play.

    Physical State: Make sure to drink plenty of fluids and to eat something a couple of hours before you arrive. Low blood sugar and dehydration can interfere with our time together. You must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, illness, or in an adverse emotional state. Playing under these conditions is unsafe and inappropriate.

    Attire: Dress neatly in business casual style. Any items that you decide to bring should be wrapped or carried as discreetly as possible.

  • Punctuality: Your punctuality protects our mutual discretion and contributes to good rapport. If you are delayed, an immediate phone call can save you from falling out of favor.

    Confirmation: When making your final confirmation call, listen carefully to my instructions and follow them exactly. Do not loudly repeat the information I give you and never loiter in front of the space. If you are early, there is a cafe nearby.

    Follow my instructions carefully! My confirmation system is designed to avoid missed connections and protect your privacy.

    Check-in: We will take a few minutes at the beginning of our session to cover any final thoughts or concerns. It is crucial that you inform me before our appointment of any physical conditions you may have (for example, heart condition, asthma, diabetes, back/neck/knee problems).

  • I am not interested in body worship (though I do enjoy foot worship!), goddess worship, brown showers, strap-on play, smoking, trades, bartering, or selling my personal items. 

    I am not available for email chitchat. I expect you to be clear, thorough, and to the point in our communications. Sending numerous poorly written, incomplete emails or attempting to solicit scene descriptions is a disrespectful waste of my time. 

    My personal life is very full. I am not looking for new friends, personal slaves, or houseboys. 

    I will not engage in any act of battery or prostitution, or activities that risk communicable disease or bodily harm.

  • Due to ever-changing corona virus variants, masks must be worn during our appointment. If you do not wish to wear a mask, I will accept a negative COVID test result (specific testing type and timing contingent on surge trends). The space is equipped with air purifiers as an additional precaution.

  • I require 48 hours advance notice for cancellations. Untimely cancellations require full compensation for the amount of time you have reserved with me. To avoid forfeiting your deposit, you must reschedule within three weeks.

    I reserve the right to cancel a session at any time if privacy, safety, or health may be compromised, and I expect polite cooperation if I choose to exercise this right. Under such circumstances, I will return any deposit in a timely manner.

FAQ

  • When we are not in session, you may address me as Josephine, Mistress, or Ma’am. During play, I will direct you to address me in whatever way I feel is appropriate during our scene.

  • I generally prefer daytime sessions, though I am open to playing evenings with enough advance notice.

  • I will discuss my tribute with you once I have determined whether we are compatible. Note that I do require a deposit from first-time and infrequent visitors.
